My Laptop Work

It is very light and durable as most parts are made from hard reinforced plastic and alloys.
The legs are retractable, There is also a mouse pad which you can pull out and push it back in.
Underneath the table, there is a piece of fibre glass which is strong enough to support the weight. The glass is transparent too, it also conduct heat and cool down the mac. The table is small, just bigger than the size of a mac which is really portable.

Alternative energy sources

Singapore has plenty of potential renewable energy sources, but each has its own technical challenges. Scientists are working to develop alternative energy sources that are sustainable, clean and convenient. One such renewable energy source is the biofuel. They are produced by biomass, usually by plants.
Another alternative is hydrogen, it is seen as the future fuel but a lot research is undergoing now. When hydrogen and oxygen reacts, electricity is generated for the motor to run. One add-on about this energy is that the only exhaust it creates is water vapour.

What is research?

Research is about finding out more and exploring the depths of a particular subject. With our knowledge capacity quite limited, we cannot remember all the facts of a particular subject. We can renew our memory with even more sophisticated facts. When I am bound to do a presentation, books is sometimes hard to find, with technology, facts can all be accessed very quickly.
Research is very important as we must understand about the situation before executing an action. To prevent misunderstanding, one must be sure what his research is about. For example, if we are told to do a science research, we must find out about the topic and not copy and paste all sorts of information we found.
We can conduct a good research by collaborating with other people and share our ideas with them, in such a way, facts can be presented better.
(Note: I enjoy writing long blog posts, sometimes I write longer than that- just one whole chunk with no paragraphing.)

ADMT Lesson 1: Personal Reflection

It is a TV with no signal, that's why it is flashing the black and white dots. Below the words are BLACK & WHITE.

What is Art, Design, Media and Technology (ADMT) to you?
It is a way of expressing one's feelings through art, designing things by the DMT.
Why is ADMT important?
It is important as almost 100% of products we use everyday are designed by people, the design is important as it make the product more attractive and work better.
What are the skills that you would want to learn in ADMT?
I want to learn designing through computer software but most importantly, hand sketching of my idea is the most important as it give me a slight peek into the final product from then on changes can be made, if I use the software and the design is not nice I have to redraw again, sketching saves time. I also want to learn how to make use of technology to art to everyday lives.
Sketch how the world would look like without art, design, media and technology. Describe briefly your sketch. [Take a picture of your sketch and post it on your personal blog]

I think it would be this: (see above)
